From Route 3 South, get off at Exit 17 (Union Street)
in Braintree.
Stay on the rotary, go under Route 3 and proceed
on Union Street 1.25 miles (name changes to Commercial Street).
At Quirk Chevrolet (Route 53), take a left and
go 1/8 mile over a small bridge over the river.
Allen Street is on the left and parallels the river.
A call ahead is always advisable.
